These terms are an agreement between BaasDesk ("we") and the business that signs up for BaasDesk ("you"). By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

BaasDesk records attendance, advances, pay and site money for your business, on the web and on the phone app. BaasDesk records money; it does not move money or hold funds.

2. Your account and team

You are responsible for the people you add, the roles you give them, and keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us at once if you think your account is misused.

3. Your data and your workers

Your data belongs to you. You confirm that you may record your workers' details, that you tell them what is recorded, and that you get their consent where needed (for example for photos). We process this data only to provide BaasDesk, as described in our Privacy policy, and we will help you answer your workers' requests.

4. Pay calculations

Wages are calculated from the attendance, rates and pay rules you set. Please check pay runs before approving them. You remain responsible for paying workers correctly and for labour, tax and other legal duties.

5. Trial, plans and payment

New accounts get a free trial of [14] days. No card is needed.
After the trial, a subscription fee is payable for the plan you choose (monthly or yearly), as shown on our website; prices exclude GST.
Upgrades take effect at once; the difference for the rest of the period is due within [7] days. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
If a fee is not paid when your access ends, the account becomes read-only for [30] days (you can still see and download everything), then suspended. Paying the fee restores it.
Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

6. Fair use

Do not misuse BaasDesk: no unlawful data, no attempts to break security or reach other businesses' data, no reselling without our written agreement.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep BaasDesk available and your data backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; we will tell you before removing anything important you use.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and you can download your data. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or serious misuse. After an account ends, data is handled as described in the Privacy policy.

10. Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts at [city], Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
