Free trial

The trial is free and needs no card. Nothing is charged if you don't choose a plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by telling us on WhatsApp or by email. Your access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and you can download your data before it ends.

Refunds

• Subscription fees are for the period paid and are [not refundable for a partly used period].
• If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund the extra amount within [7] working days of confirming it, to the same account it came from.
• When you upgrade, you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, so there is nothing to refund.
